During the initial consultation you will have an opportunity to tour the training studio and we will discuss your goals, health and fitness history, and any limitations or restrictions you might have. Lastly, we will review recommended training plans and options that would best suit your needs.
Standard sessions start at $75. Specific package options will be outlined for you during your consultation.
There is no set or required frequency, it all comes down to your specific needs. However, most clients schedule training sessions 1 to 3 times per week, and others choose to come in monthly to quarterly for consulting and testin.

Yes. Nate can perform 2 types of body fat percent testing: skinfold calipers and bioelectrical impedance.
Also, depending on your goals a variety of other testing may be done including: blood pressure, resting heart rate, strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance.
Yes! Nate is a Certified Nutrition Coach and is able to work with you on developing healthy eating habits. Additionally, the mobile training app integrates in your caloric/macronutrient targets and associated meal plan for convenient tracking.
